Working in the beauty business, we have heard (and tried) some pretty out- there skin care remedies. There was the phase when we thought placenta could cure wrinkles, then snail slime had its moment as a star ingredient, and we've tried to forget about the vampire facial fad Kim Kardashian started (yuck).
